Congregation Agudath Jacob was formed in 1888 by A.L. Lipshitz as an Orthodox congregation. In 1966 the congregation affiliated with the Conservative movement. The congregation moved into their current location in 1972. We are an egalitarian community with men and women having equal status and participation in services. We have a full-time Rabbi and welcome new members.
